• EURO 3 (Denmark, Portugal, Slovakia, Hungary): €11.99 (3-5 business days)

We are here to ensure your satisfaction. You can return your Zavaii surfboard lock within 30 days of purchase, following these conditions:

• The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
• It must not have been used.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

 

Return Procedure

1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@zavaii.com or use our online contact form, providing the order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Instructions: You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Return Shipping: Ship the product following the instructions provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches its destination.
4. Return Inspection: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure the return conditions are met.
5. Refund: After the inspection, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. You may be required to provide photos or other proof of the damage or defect.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or does not match the description. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs.
